A precinct designed for the future
Project Linear Spine is intended to create a modern environment in which processing, food manufacturing, storage, logistics and shared services can be developed as one coordinated precinct.
Rather than adding facilities individually over time, the concept allows infrastructure, product movement, utilities and future expansion to be considered together from the outset.
The objective is to create a flexible foundation capable of supporting the changing requirements of the broader Terra Firma platform as it develops.

The precinct is intended to accommodate modern processing alongside food manufacturing and value-added production, planned around product flow, food safety and operational control.
Resource efficiency and co-products
Water, energy and co-product pathways are intended to be considered from the outset, so that more value can be recovered from each input and less material leaves the precinct as waste.
Built to evolve
Project Linear Spine is intended to develop progressively as the needs of the broader platform become clearer. A staged approach will allow infrastructure to respond to operating requirements, market demand, technology, partnerships and available funding over time. This provides flexibility to develop the precinct in a disciplined way rather than committing to a fixed configuration before the platform's long-term requirements are fully established.
